Photo Booth Hire in Loughborough
From university balls and sports-club celebrations to weddings and family parties, Loughborough has plenty of reasons to bring people together. Our photo booth hire in Loughborough brings genuine antique photographic equipment into the occasion, giving guests something unusual to discover and printed pictures to take home. We can help you choose an experience that suits the atmosphere you want to create.
University Balls, Sports Awards and Team Celebrations
Sport is an important part of university life in Loughborough. The University's Athletic Union has more than 60 clubs, making team celebrations and end-of-season awards a particularly relevant audience for photographic entertainment. Whether you're arranging a club dinner, society ball, graduation party or sporting awards evening, the photo booth can offer groups of friends and teammates a shared experience away from the formal presentations.
We bring decades of experience providing photographic entertainment for university audiences. Our Vintage Photo Booth brings together an original 1910 camera, converted HMV television and gramophone. The equipment itself becomes part of the entertainment before guests collect their photographs, which can be especially enjoyable for groups marking a season or a shared achievement.
Loughborough Students' Union has spaces ranging from the smaller Lounge to the much larger Treehouse and Basement. For a substantial ball or awards evening, tell us how the event is organised so we can discuss an optional professional Photo Booth Host or more than one photographic setup where appropriate and available.
Weddings and Celebrations in and Around Loughborough
Prestwold Hall near Loughborough offers a historic country-house setting, with published capacities of up to 140 guests for a wedding ceremony or breakfast and up to 200 for an evening reception. The Manor House at Quorn offers a contrasting setting, with its Pavilion accommodating up to 100 for ceremonies or wedding breakfasts and 150 including evening guests. We can discuss when and where the photographic experience would work best for your celebration.
Our Antique Grandfather Clock Photo Booth conceals a working, self-operated photo booth inside a genuine Victorian clock. It offers a different kind of discovery from the Vintage Photo Booth's visible historic equipment. For a birthday, anniversary or party inspired by the 1960s, 1970s or 1980s, Through the Decades Photo Booth is another option. You can explore our wider Photo Booth Hire range to compare the experiences.
Company Occasions and School Celebrations
For a company dinner, staff celebration or awards event, the photography can give colleagues something informal to enjoy together alongside the programme. The choice of experience can reflect whether you want the antique equipment to be a visible attraction or something guests discover for themselves.
For proms and leavers' celebrations involving independent Loughborough Grammar School or state secondary Charnwood College, printed group photographs give pupils a reminder of the evening. We can help organisers consider the number of pupils and the available time, drawing on our established experience with larger student events.
