Photo Booth Hire in Penzance
Penzance and Mount's Bay offer some wonderfully different places to celebrate, from intimate historic buildings to gardens overlooking the Cornish coast. Our photo booth hire in Penzance brings genuine working photographic antiques to weddings, parties and organised occasions, with printed pictures for guests to keep. The pleasure is in discovering the equipment as well as making photographs with the people who matter to you.
From an Intimate Castle Wedding to a Garden Reception
Pengersick Castle near Praa Sands specialises in smaller weddings within its Tudor surroundings. The Solar Room accommodates up to 38 people for a ceremony but seats 16 for dinner, an important distinction if you're arranging the whole celebration there. For an intimate reception, our Antique Grandfather Clock Photo Booth gives guests the surprise of finding a working, self-operated photo booth inside a genuine Victorian clock.
Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens near Gulval offers a different experience, combining gardens, sculpture and views towards St Michael's Mount. Its Tremenheere Kitchen can accommodate 70 guests for a seated meal or 100 standing. A stretch-tent arrangement increases those figures to 90 seated or 120 standing. If you're bringing together a larger group for the reception, we can discuss which photographic experience would fit the space and the kind of celebration you're planning.
Our Vintage Photo Booth makes an original 1910 camera, converted HMV television and gramophone part of the entertainment. Guests can explore these pieces of photographic history before taking home their pictures. Both experiences can work beyond historic venues, so the choice needn't be dictated by the building.
A West Cornwall Gathering with Its Own Character
Not every occasion is a wedding or involves visitors travelling to Cornwall. A birthday in Penzance, an anniversary in Newlyn or a family celebration near Marazion can be a chance for people who know each other in different ways to enjoy photographs together. For a party with a 1960s, 1970s or 1980s influence, the Through the Decades Photo Booth offers another style. Explore our wider Photo Booth Hire range for other experiences.
For a company dinner, team anniversary or awards celebration, the equipment can provide a relaxed attraction for colleagues and guests. If your event has a short reception or a larger audience, we can discuss optional professional hosting or more than one photographic setup where suitable and available.
School Proms and Leavers' Celebrations
For a prom or leavers' event involving state-funded Mounts Bay Academy in Heamoor or independent Truro School in neighbouring Truro, friends can have photographs taken together to mark the end of their school years. Our decades of experience providing photographic entertainment for university balls and student occasions can help organisers consider the practical needs of a busy celebration.
